VP of Revenue
Certificial is transforming how businesses and their suppliers share insurance coverage information by moving from static documents to real-time, connected data on the Smart COI NetworkTM. As we enter a critical stage of hypergrowth, we’re seeking a VP of Revenue to lead our go-to-market strategy and drive accelerated adoption across industries.
As VP of Revenue, you will lead our Sales, Business Development and Customer Success teams, vision, growth, and execution of our revenue strategy. You will be responsible for setting and executing a scalable revenue strategy that aligns with our company’s vision. This is a key leadership role with direct influence on Certificial’s market expansion, customer success, and long-term growth.
What you’ll do:
Lead all aspects of Sales, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Customer Success, and overall go-to-market operations
Partner closely with the Co-Founders and serve on the Executive Leadership Team to guide company-wide strategy
Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing, metrics-driven revenue organization
Design and implement scalable processes for sales execution, forecasting, and customer success
Use industry insight and real-time data to consult with prospective customers on how to reduce risk, ensure compliance, and manage insurance more efficiently.
Act as the voice of the customer across all stakeholder groups: Companies (Requestors), Suppliers (Insureds), Insurance Agencies, and share insights with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal
Develop strategic revenue models, pricing frameworks, and market expansion plans.
Collaborate closely with Marketing to launch targeted campaigns that accelerate acquisition and retention.
Maintain and expand executive relationships with key customers, and identify new opportunities for growth through partnerships and channel distributio.n
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of revenue leadership experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
Demonstrated success scaling sales and success teams, including quota-carrying reps and post-sale support
Industry experience in InsurTech, Supplier Management, Risk & Compliance, or Procurement preferred but not required)
Deep expertise in B2B sales strategies, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle planning
Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a high degree of ownership
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Data-oriented mindset with strong analytical and forecasting abilities
Passion for transforming legacy industries and building high-performance teams
Compensation:
This role will receive a competitive base salary, bonus, benefits, and options. The base salary range for US-based employees is $50,000-$500,000.
