📝 About the Role
The Deal Desk Analyst will serve as the primary operator for the deal desk function, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across deal structures and approvals. In addition, this role will drive and support ad-hoc projects across the customer journey, with a focus on enabling internal stakeholders through process improvements, insights, and scalable solutions. They will also contribute to the coordination, execution, and successful completion of cross-functional initiatives, while supporting ongoing programs from both a technology optimization and user adoption/productivity perspective.
⭐ What You’ll Do
Serve as the day-to-day operator for the deal desk function, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely support for sales teams throughout the deal lifecycle
Partner with sales to review deal structures, approvals, and exceptions, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency
Lead and support ad-hoc projects across the customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve stakeholder enablement, processes, and handoffs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, CS) to translate business requirements to our internal systems team
Support and optimize Salesforce, Salesloft, and other GTM tools, ensuring integrations, workflows, and reporting align with best practices
Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting/dashboards in Salesforce and Excel/Sheets to provide visibility into KPIs and drive data-informed decisions
Manage and maintain data quality within Salesforce to ensure reporting accuracy and effective deal desk operations
Document and deliver training to internal stakeholders on deal desk processes, commercial workflows, and system usage to drive adoption and productivity
Test, validate, and support roll-out of system enhancements, updates, and process improvements in collaboration with RevOps leadership and business partners
📝 Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical/operational role
Hands-on experience supporting or operating within a deal desk function, with understanding of deal structures and approval workflows
Experienced with CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub)
Proficiency with Salesforce and working knowledge of GTM tools such as Salesloft,, Seamless.ai, and Gong
Strong ability to create, run, and interpret Salesforce reports and dashboards; familiarity with audit processes and data hygiene best practices
Comfort with financial analysis and commercial processes to support pricing, approvals, and cross-functional alignment
Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets and strong capability in data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
Clear and confident communicator, able to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and process execution
Demonstrates initiative in personal and professional development, with a curiosity to learn and improve processes continuously
