Training Manager

Truentity Health | Chapel Hill | Hybrid
This role is based in Chapel Hill. Occasional travel to pharmacy sites across New Jersey may be required.
We’re deploying connected health devices and digital workflows into rural New Jersey pharmacies. For it to work, the people running it need to actually know what they’re doing. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Training Manager who can build the instruction from scratch, deliver it in person across multiple sites, and make sure it sticks.
- Design and deliver standardized training for pharmacy staff and patients on ANCHOR workflows, device use, data entry, and escalation procedures
- Manage deployment of patient education kits and provide hands-on digital health literacy training at each pharmacy site
- Create user guides, workflow documentation, and training materials that work for adult learners who didn’t sign up to be tech experts
- Ensure high-risk patients can confidently operate remote monitoring devices before leaving the pharmacy
- Support ongoing training and quality improvement as sites scale and workflows evolve
- Ensure all pharmacy-based activities comply with federal and state HIPAA and privacy standards
- 4+ years designing and delivering training for healthcare, pharmacy, or digital health programs
- Skilled at teaching adults who are skeptical of new technology and short on time
- You build materials people actually use, not decks that collect dust
- Experience with standardized workflows, operational training, and multi-site rollouts
- Comfortable traveling across New Jersey regularly — you’ll be in the field, not behind a screen
- Bachelor’s in education, public health, healthcare administration, instructional design, or a related field
A rural patient with a blood pressure cuff and no idea how to use it is just a patient with a blood pressure cuff. The training you build is what turns a device into data and data into care.
1,000 rural residents. 20 pharmacy sites. If the training doesn’t land, none of it works. If it does, you’ve helped build something that didn’t exist before in these communities.
