Founding Marketing Manager

About the Role

Truentity Health is building the operating system for pharmacy-led clinical care. We work with independent and community pharmacies to launch, run, and scale our chronic care programs that generate reimbursable clinical revenue while improving patient outcomes.

This is our first dedicated marketing hire. You will own the function from day one: build the voice, stand up the channels, and create the systems. There is no team to inherit and no playbook to follow. If that is the kind of problem you want to solve, keep reading.

What You Will Own

  • Brand voice and messaging: Define how Truentity communicates to pharmacy owners, clinical directors, and healthcare operators. Write it down, enforce it, evolve it.
  • Social channels: Own LinkedIn and any other channels we activate. That means the editorial calendar, the copy, the cadence, and the voice. If it goes out under Truentity, you approved it.
  • Outbound sequences: Build and manage multi-touch email and LinkedIn sequences targeting independent pharmacy owners and small chain operators. Measure open rates, reply rates, and pipeline influence.
  • Inbound infrastructure: Own the website, SEO foundation, and content pipeline. If a pharmacy owner Googles their problem, we should be there.
  • Marketing collateral: One-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials that our BD team uses to move deals forward. You write the first draft every time.
  • Channel experimentation: Test conference presence, partner co-marketing, and vertical media placements. Report on what works, cut what does not.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or a regulated industry
  • Track record of building something from scratch: a channel, a content program, a demand function
  • Strong writer with the instinct to match tone to audience
  • AI fluency is a hard requirement: you use AI tools daily, not occasionally. You know which tools to reach for, how to get high-quality output on the first pass, and how to move 10x faster because of it. We will test for this in the interview process.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a short feedback loop between idea and execution
  • Analytically grounded: you track what you launch and adjust based on data, not intuition alone

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare, Pharmacy, or chronic care program familiarity
  • Experience marketing to independent practice owners or operator-level healthcare buyers
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable outbound tooling
