About Truentity
Truentity Health turns independent community pharmacies into care sites for Medicare patients with chronic conditions. Pharmacists already know these patients and see them more often than their doctors do. We give them the clinical infrastructure, staffing, and Medicare billing to deliver programs like Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Pharmacy-based Convenient Care.
The Role
Contract, up to 2 months, part-time/project-based. Reports to the Training & Enablement Leader.
We need a hands-on L&D contractor to turn recorded training videos, customer-success sessions, and subject-matter-expert content into organized, learner-focused e-learning materials. You'll work from established learning objectives and instructional direction. This role is about building content, not setting L&D strategy or leading a team.
What You'll Do
- Review SME and customer-success recordings and pull out the key concepts, processes, and learner actions
- Build lesson outlines and storyboards from established learning objectives
- Create job aids, quick-reference guides, and checklists
- Draft instructional copy, knowledge checks, and activities
- Review finished lessons for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with objectives
- Keep course materials, source content, and documentation organized
What You Bring
- 2+ years in instructional design, L&D, e-learning, or curriculum development
- Experience developing lesson plans, storyboards, or job aids
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with adult learning principles
- Ability to take rough, unstructured content and make it clear
- Comfortable taking direction and incorporating feedback
- Detail-oriented and able to manage several small projects and deadlines at once
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools or an LMS is a plus, not required
