Position Summary:

We are seeking a full-time IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support for our on-site infrastructure, end-user devices, and core productivity tools. This is a fully on-site position.

The ideal candidate is dependable, service-oriented, and comfortable handling both day-to-day help desk requests and basic infrastructure support. You should be able to troubleshoot issues independently, manage hardware logistics, and provide a strong in-person support experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide on-site technical support for wireless networks, basic networking, and office IT infrastructure
  2. Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 help desk support, including desktop, laptop, and peripheral setup and troubleshooting
  3. Support productivity and customer applications, including member portal, Microsoft 365 and related collaboration tools
  4. Provision, configure, and deploy employee devices (PCs, laptops, accessories) for new hires and replacements
  5. Manage IT hardware logistics
  6. Maintain accurate asset tracking and inventory record for IT equipment
  7. Escalate issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as appropriate

Qualifications:

  1. Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or relevant practical experience
  2. 1-3 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or desktop support role
  3. Hands-on experience supporting Windows PCs and office hardware
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and exchange online troubleshooting
  5. Basic understanding of networking concepts
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  7. Excellent communication skills and ability to support in-person and remote users
