Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Chief Business Development Officer. Ideal candidates are self-motivated sales hunters who excel at building and managing their own book of business. The Sales Executive is a high-energy individual who excels at prospecting, developing executive-level relationships and consistently closing new business. In this role, you will travel throughout the southeast approximately 35% of the time, engaging clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new business
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and executive relationship management
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team for client acquisition
- Travel for prospecting, presentations, and closing deals
- Deliver compelling value propositions and presentations to broker audiences
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
- On site engagement with brokers and employers including employer and employee signup and onboarding
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven success in closing deals
- Exceptional relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong adaptability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Must be accustomed to working remotely independently with travel as well
